what colors would be best???
i recently got some wood patio furniture. they are not brand new but new to me and very nice. i want to paint the chairs and table but dont want a dull brown. i was thinking of orange and maybe yellow. how would that look?? any suggestions. i want them bright and pretty

i would suggest burnt orange it would go very well but would not look too co-ordanated.
You can also go for spring colors, bright blue, yellow, pink, and green. Good luck!

Depending on what colours you like,
maybe a bright: Pink, Green, Yellow, and Orange.
Or even some pastel colours, for example:
Baby Pink, Baby Blue, Baby Green, And Baby Yellow.
But..
I think your idea would look really nice, along with some yellow and orange flowers? :]

If you like the colors yellow and orange why not use both. For example if you had 4 chairs you can paint 2 yellow and the other 2 orange. Or maybe each individual chair can be painted both orange and yellow - Maybe make them primarily orange and just trim them off with yellow. It would look good as long as it was done neatly and evenly and the colors matched.
I like yellow, it’s a really hot color right now. Very fresh.
Also if you are going to add chair pads so many colors go well with yellow, teal, sky blue, pink, green even orange.
But get a really soft color of yellow not taxi cab yellow.

medium or light orange might be cool. yellow is awesome. have an auto bodyshop spray paint them for you. you wont get them back the same day. it might take 2-3 days. after you get them home, seal them with a marine varnish

pink colour of love and friendship is the best colour in this world.
You can go with whatever strikes your fancy. the choice of colour is endless and you have to enjoy what you have.
But ……………..as always with painting, the preparation is the most tedious part but most important.
Sand the wood down. prime it and then paint your colour.
Also you don’t need to limit yourself to one colour. co-ordinate and mostly have fun
