I was wondering how many hours it would take a Professional house keeper to do the following: Clean a 2300 sq ft, 2 story, vacation home: 3 bedrooms: Master is the size of two bedrooms:
3 full bathrooms: 1 is average size with a tub/shower combo, 1 is a bit smaller with a shower only & the Master has a 5′ x3′ double shower, a whirlpool tub, a toilet closet and a lg walk-in closet. There is also a loft area with a couch. Extra large living room with 5 love seats, an extra large ottoman, and a coffee table. Must do laundry: bedding, towels, rugs: wash and replace, also make sure extras are neatly folder in supply closet. Must clean from ceiling to floor: vacuum (edging required(moving furniture except beds but get under them), sweep & mop tile and wood floors: You must wipe down all cabinets and drawers, inside and out: Kitchen is 5′ x12′ with a smaller dinning area. You must clean the stove, oven, microwave, frig and make sure cabinets are organized. Laundry room must be cleaned including washer & dryer inside and out. Sweep drive way,garage (2 car) patios, removing all spider webs, clean BBQ . Oh yes, vacuum all furniture, dust, pledge as necessary. Clean the window tracks but You don’t need to clean the windows. Oh, yes, wipe down walls as necessary, all doors, baseboards, light switches….How do you usually figure out this time? Thanks.

It all depends on how experienced they are, and how efficient they are. It also depends on their age, because the older they are, they tend to go slower.
